Here are seven lovely Piccolo banjos and one Piccolele. The Piccolo banjos are all are approximately fifteen inch scale lengths and ten inch necks with seven inch rims, as Stewart originally designed. The Piccolele is around a thirteen inch scale and nine inch neck with a seven inch heavy spun rim.
Seven inch vintage spun rim and hardware with original hardware with Baycu ten inch Mahogany neck. Fifteen inch scale and heavy ebony fingerboard and overlay. Abalone Stewart style inlays, calfskin head and original vintage tailpiece. Bone nut and pip.
The rim is deeper than most spun rims and this neck is also heavier and wider than Stewarts.
This banjo is the nicest sounding piccolo I've owned and a very comfortable player. Perhaps the deeper and rim has something to do with it.

From an original Platophone Ukulele that has a cheese grater under the head, which completely muffles the sound. Fortunately, Joseph Pachecho had Vega make the rest of the rim and all the hardware so this is essentially a Little Wonder tone ring in a smaller than seven inch rim!
Inlays are based on the Stewarts OWN Little Wonder Piccolo Banjo in a very rare Style 2 pattern.
Curly maple neck, heavy ebony fingerboard, gold pearl.

Exactly as Stewart's "Little Wonder" Piccolo but with lighter construction throughout. Thin ebony fingerboard and overlay, cherry neck, and lighter rim and hardware. Labeled as "Grade 2", but a fantastic sounding and playing piccolo banjo!
