Here is a real dandy of an antique 1920's mini piccolo size 5 string banjo, measuring 22 inches in length.  The rim is 8 inches in diameter and the neck length from nut to rim is a little under 9 inches, with a 14 inch scale length.  There is a solid brass brazed hoop for a tone ring giving it a nice pop. The original head is very taught and in nice condition. The nut and pip are bone and the heel plate is ivory, not plastic. There are pearl dots for position markers. The peghead tuners are antique and work well.  The banjo is strung with Nylgut strings.

This banjo is very easy to play with low action and is lightweight and will be shipped in a new gig bag or hard shell case(+$125), your choice.
